Cannoli

Walnut Pillows

Well, the pastry continues to elude me…..
The recipe looked simple enough…the reviews were raving…..the finished product looked lovely in the pictures.
My first batch?  Burnt beyond eating.  I didn’t roll the dough thin enough.  I over-filled a few of them.  And I didn’t like the look the egg wash gave them.
