hi i’ve recently subscribe to your blog, and am glad i did.
would like to ask if you can help me. my situation is, i will be making cupcakes (100pcs only) for my brother’s wedding come may 2010, i have already a good cake in mind but my problem is the FROSTING – - – can you please share with me a good frosting to use, a basic on where in i can play around with the color due he wants different color to it to match his motif.
i reside in the Philippines and the weather here is soooo hot! what i got from my search for a good frosting can’t stand the humidity – - – frosting melts – - –
hope you can help me and am doing a countdown already
if you don’t mind please advise if you can’t (i would really understand – - -your busy and all no prob to that) so that i can ask others for help.
